Availability: I travel to your barn for lessons on your horse (s). Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made. On holidays my availability is flexible.
Travel: Travel is at a rate of $.40/mile up to 30 miles. After 30 miles, the charge converts to a per house fee of $30 an hour. Individuals at in close proximity to one another will split travel fees, with a $5.00 minimum. All travel fees are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Other Policies: "no shows" to lessons will be charged the full rate. Cancellations are requested to be made in a timely manner, but it is understood personal issues may not make that possible. Cancellations are requested within 24 hours of the schedule lesson. If a cancellation must be made, half of the lesson price will be charged if 24 hours notice is not given. All schooling fees and trainer fees at outside facilities will be paid by the rider.

Training/month:
- $400/month + $200/month pasture board.
Training/day:
- $40/ride (45 min.-1 hr, depending on horses need)
- $25/ride (1/2 hr).
- Private: $40/ 45 min - 1 hr
- Semi-private: $25/hr.
- 1/2 hr lessons are $25
- Cross country schooling rates are $65 for a private and $40 per person for a group.
Training at event or show over 1/2 day: $75/horse.
Training for dressage or hunter/jumper show, or shows under 1/2 day: $50/horse

- Pulling Mane: $10
- Pulling Tail: $10
- Bathing: $10
- Trimming (Ears, nose, face, bridle path & legs) : $15
- Body clipping: $85 and up (can include rump pattern if desired)
- Day Grooming: $60
- Braiding (sewn only) $30
- Shipping: $1.25 loaded mile $.70 unloaded mile divided by # of horses
- Showing Horse: $50, owner responsible for entry and associated fees
- Purchasing- 10% commission on final sale price. If travel is necessary, all associated expenses after the first 20 miles.
- Sales- 10% commission on final sale price. This will include advertisements, evaluation rides, coordination of buyers and sellers, and any showing of horse to prospective buyers. This does not include showing commissioned horse. If travel is necessary, all associated expenses after the first 20 miles.
