As You Are, "Sara," was purchased in the summer of 2010 as a sport horse prospect.  Sara is a 16.1 hand 2002 bay thoroughbred mare who has minimal show experience but quite a bit of experience with amateurs.   She is unraced and has been on overnight trail rides and ridden by many young riders.

Ads are filled with "not your typical thoroughbred" nonsense, and not wanting to overuse the overused phrase, I will say Sara is unlike any thoroughbred I am familiar with.  With the mind of a quarter horse, she would be perfect for a junior or an adult, or professional looking for a quiet horse for a student or lessons.  Her personality is suitable for someone who wants to event one weekend and do the hunters the next.

Quiet in the field, extremely good for the farrier and all daily activities and easy to ride on trails, Sara is quiet, extremely comfortable to ride and a well built and bred mare.

Sara found a wonderful home in Georgia and will be teaching another young rider about showing.
